105 Lincoln Boutique Hotel

105 West Lincoln
Marfa, Texas 79843

105 Lincoln is a historic boutique hotel, centrally located with one-of-a-kind views of the Marfa Courthouse just across the street. One of the oldest buildings in Marfa, 105 Lincoln started out in the 1890s as stables for the iconic Presidio County Courthouse. In the early 20th century, the home and the old stables were converted to apartments.

Lovingly restored in 2017, 105 Lincoln now consists of nearly a dozen small homes, apartments and even an authentic 1950's bomb shelter (which is available for nightly stays). A mix of long-term and short-term rentals, we offer housing for locals and visitors alike, so expect to run into a little bit of both when you stay with us.

Unlike most hotels, we book exclusively through AirBNB, and while our units are not private homes, they are all dedicated guest suites with full kitchens, pots and pans, coffee presses and all the essentials to stay as if you actually live here. Please check out our websites for booking links, local activities, restaurant options and featured artists.
